As a partner at CBX, Todd leads the company’s marketing and growth initiatives, and is the resident expert on all things retail. He works with clients across multiple channels of trade, including grocery, pharmaceutical, mass, pet specialty, consumer electronics, high-end fashion, convenience, office, home improvement, clubs, and auto parts supply. Under his leadership, CBX has developed dozens of comprehensive own-brand portfolios across thousands of SKUs, helped transform retail shopping experiences, and helped develop and omnichannel presence to help our clients remain competitive in today’s complex retail marketplace.

Prior to joining CBX, Todd was Vice President of Marketing for Daymon Worldwide and ran their global design firm’s offices throughout the US, Japan, Hong Kong, and Latin America. Daymon was the world’s largest own-brand sales and marketing company, working with hundreds of retailers across 40 countries.

Prior to focusing on the retail side of the business, Todd led creative teams developing advertising, promotional, and direct response campaigns for clients like Citibank, Sony, ESPN, Castrol Oil, and Mouton Cadet wines.

Todd has published articles on private label branding for PLBuyer, Store Brand Decisions, and Progressive Grocer. He has also spoken at FMI, PLMA, and NACS about retail brand development and growth.
